Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I punched a fancy border on the bottom edge of a white 8 x 8 card and placed the base image onto it using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I added some large white pearls to the fancy border and the top two corners. The insert has been left blank so that my customer can write their own message.
