Out at Last New Baby BoyCompleted by Chell Sharpe
OccasionCongratulations / Congratulations New Baby
I printed the sheet off onto 200gsm CUP photo paper. I cut away the white background on the base layer and replaced it with gold matt card.
I matted the whole thing onto blue holo card, added a pale blue feather and used foam pads to mount it to the card blank.
I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and used blue gems to embellish and Star Dust Stickles to add some glitz.
