I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I made a fold at the side of the card, punch two holes and tied some blue ribbon. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added a clear flat backed gem to the centre of the flower on the crib. I added a peel off greeting from my craft box to complete this gorgeous card.
