New Baby Barclay Teddy Bear 7x7 Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Irene Woods

I printed the sheet onto lightweight card and cut out the elements. I used DST to attach the base image to a square scallop-edged card blank, then added the decoupage layers and caption using glue gel.

A very quick make thanks to the easy cutting out.
