It's a Boy CongratulationsCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I chose a patterned backing paper and stuck it on to card stock. I then stuck the base card on to that and assembled the decoupage. I added the "It's a Boy" message at the top left hand corner and the "congratulations" to the bottom right.
