Blue Teddy Bear Decoupage SheetCompleted by Sheila Horne

I used a blue check backing paper, cut out design and layered with foam pads. Attached that to some blue card. Laid these at an angle onto the backing. Added a blue gingham ribbon & bow and a gold peel off.
