I printed onto good photo paper, cut out and mounted the pieces (using pads on the duck in top left corner) and silicone glue on the baby and No. 1.

I had to trim the main picture to fit an A5 pale blue card.

I then added the yellow gingham bow with a small blue gem, attached the greeting to a mount, added the flowers that match the Happy Birthday greeting and put the same blue gem in each flower centre.
