I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I assembled the decoupage and the envelope design using thin foam tape. I attached Baby Blue Background, cUp 181849_719 to the card using double sided tape.

I then attached the design to the card also using double sided tape.
