Its a Boy Decoupage Topper

I printed the sheet onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out the elements. I used a 7x5" fancy edged white card blank and matted using chequered paper. I decoupaged the elements using glue gel, added gemstones, a bow, a heart and other embellishments finishing off with a sentiment.
An absolutely stunning card when made up.
