After printing the sheet on a good quality of paper, I cut out the elements. Build it up with 3D foams on a scalloped card. Decorate it with a border in the edge, pearls and a bow.

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto a 16cm.sq. card.
I added the layers using sticky pads and finished off with one of the very useful 3 captions. Such a fun card for a new Mum & Dad!!
