Baby Boy Weigh in on Scales Card and DecoupageCompleted by Katie Silver
OccasionCongratulations / New Baby
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto a 16cm.sq. card which I had covered with cup428980_5 Lilac Teddy Bear Angel.
I added the layers and captions using sticky pads.
