Baby Boy Bear Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Johanna Lambert
OccasionNew Baby / New Baby Boy
I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto pale yellow card then onto my card base with double sided tape. I added the decoupage with foam pads for a 3D effect.
I finished by adding gems around the scalloped circle.
