Congratulations Baby Boy Step by StepCompleted by Tracy Priddle

I used pale blue card for this design. I attached my own backing paper to match decoupage. Ribbon was placed down each side of the card. Attached the decoupage and used outline peeloffs around the design and added a pale blue ribbon above. I used glitter where appropriate to finish.
