I printed the design on good quality photo paper, cut all the parts, rounded edges a bit and assembled with sticky pads.
I have decorated with glitter glue and a green bow

Printed on matte photo paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the matching green card.
This is a lovely design.
