This topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for layering. I have added some self adhesive stones for sparkle.

Such a cute and very different 'New Baby' card. I printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements. I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements and assembled the card using spongy tape.
Finally, I added the greeting gold peel off greeting and a wee pair of bootees. Love it!
