I started by sticking a piece of deep blue mirri card to the A5 card blank. Matted teh main image and built up the decoupage. Added glossy accents to the port holes, lions face, turtles and zebra stripes.

Cut a slit either side of the card and slotted dark blue ribbon but added a gem set buckle to the centre,
