Decoupage the mouse and use the Happy Birthday sheet as your insert.
A cut out card is flat on the bottom and shaped on the top. You cut away the white from around the top of the image, then decoupage the image. this card shows a slinky lady mouse wearing an evening dress and carrying a clutch bag.
