I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out the cat picture, I decoupage the cats first, then for the second layer I just cut out the legs & paws and their heads.
I cut three bows as per printed and then just cut the inner part on the last three bows. I mounted on to paper from kit400257_1056 and added some yellow gems to complete.
