6" x 6" Noah's Ark Lace & Pearls with Decoupage Card TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto white giltter card then onto silver holo card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I matted the decoupage panel onto silver mirror card & used foam pads to mount it to the base image.

I decouapged the layers with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle. I matted the greeting onto silver holo card & used foam pads to mount that to the base image.
