Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a navy blue card base with the borders punched out and yellow showing through. Attached other pieces using foam pads.

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a blue insert.
