I printed the design on good quality photo matte paper and attached the base on to two different coloured card stocks then onto a light green card. (I had to use this colour combination as my camera was picking up the wrong colours) I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added the sentiment.
My camera doesn't due justice to the proper colours, it's the cutest design.
