Teddies Tea Time Card with Decoupage

An lovely card with two adorable teddies and a rag doll having tea. It's quite easy to make ,the cutouts are not too fiddly. I have included some different sentiments which are all the same size so will fit perfectly over the top of the one on the main topper.
