I printed the design twice onto good quality white card and cut out the topper and the two corner roses.
With the second copy, I cut out the wee white bear and pink flower he is holding and, using spongy tape I added this as decoupage.
I added some glitter glue of different colours to the background flowers as well as to the centres of the roses.
Finally, I added the greeting. A very cute wee card for anyone you love!
