Just Hanging Around to Wish You a Happy Birthday!Completed by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the front of a turquoise C5 card, i then added a silver wavy border all round the outside edges of the design, i then made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific design for a youngsters birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
