For the card itsself I used cup18312_63 resized and printed as a 5x7 card on matte photo paper. The topper is printed on matte inkjet paper. I used d s tape to fasten the main element to my card then silicone glue for the decoupage.
To finish I added a little glitter to the bear's nose and on the pumpkin and small adhesive gems for the bears eyes.
A great Halloween design.
