Cute Bear Valentine Card with DecoupageCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo paper. I clipped the items out. I made a background in Lilac and glued on to a Scalloped card. I then glued the main design on to the lilac base on the Scalloped card.

I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy design to turn into a cute and Beautiful card. I really recomend this design to all of you! Enjoy your crafting!
