Bear Pho-toon DecoupageCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet and cut out all the elements. I mounted the base image onto a 17cm x 12cm card blank. I used 1mm foam pads to stick the frame on top of the base and glue gel for the decoupage.
