I printed on good quality card paper. Cut out and layered the elements with double sided tape I used peel off around the edges and added caption

Awhhhh! Who could resist this one... and oh, so simple and quick to make. You could virtually whip it up in minutes upon hearing the news of the new arrival.
I printed the sheet, cut out the elements, mounted with foam tape - then adhered the base topper onto a cream pearlescent pre-made card base and Wellha!!!
