Baby Bear First Birthday and Sentiment TagsCompleted by Barbara Hiebert

I printed this card top onto gloss photo paper, I used foam squares to do the decoupage, and I used DST. to mount the card top onto white card stock that I printed with,

cup # 380916_692.

then I folded the card stock to form the card. I added two of the sentiment tags to complete the card.

I also made a matching gift box.

This is a very cute card top, and Quick and easy to complete.
