I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card with double sided tape.

I added the extra sentiments strip to the card using thin foam tape and added a gold peel off greeting to finish.
