Printed onto lightweight card then cut out. Mounted main image onto deep yellow glitter card using strong DST. Cut around shape. Mounted onto yellow shimmer card using 2mm foam tape. Mounted greeting panel onto deep yellow glitter then onto card using foam tape.

Before assembling decoupage I added gold cord to 3 balloon shapes and mounted using foam tape. Attached ends of cord to teddies paw. Assembled decoupage and secured cord using foam tape
