Theres a Bear in ThereCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i placed a light blue striped backing paper onto an A5 card, then added the design base which i placed in the centre, i added a silver wavy border round the outside edges of the main card, then i built up the design adding a happy birthday sentiment un der the bear. This is a great design for any lady or child.
