Meerkats Off to the Zoo Decoupage Card TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Animals
I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
A lovely card and great fun to make.
