Meerkat 3D Decoupage with BackgroundCompleted by Sarah Coulson

I used the meerkat background on one third of the card and a brown backing paper on the rest, hiding the join with a piece of ribbon.

I then added the topper, after decoupaging with silicone glue and added the sentiment.
