This card is so cute and has the capability to brighten up the patient - I just had to make it up.

I cut out the base topper and elements after printing, and decourpaged with foam tape.

Adhered the base topper to an A5 Crafty Bob's white card base and added a couple of drops of cream Liquid Pearls to the dots on the reins.

Can also be finished off with the matching insert. So quick and easy to make.
