Here's a cute card to make for a child who lives on a farm or who loves farm animals. Lots of extra decoupage for dimension. Tags say Happy Birthday, Down on the Farm, plus a blank one for your own sentiment for any occasion.

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.
Such a cute farm girl card.
