Elephant Party Time 7x7 Card with DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Grandchildren
I printed on to paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a decorative card base cup519829_10, then on to a 7x7 card. Layered all elements. Added a polka dot bow, a pearl and gems, and a greeting. A gorgeous design to suit any age.
