African Elephant1 3D Decoupage
Design includes border strips and message tags .A blank message plate is included so all occasions can be covered .This design is available in a 3D decoupage step by step sheet and a pyramid sheet.

The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a black card folded into an easel cards as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of mat silver textured card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.
I created a border strip using striped paper and the same mat silver card. I tied some red paper string around it and attached to the card and mounted the topper on top. I used the border strip as a stopper. I used the greeting supplied, fabric flowers, brad and glittered chipboard leaves to decorate and finish.
