I printed the sheet onto 200gsm card and cut out the topper and decoupage layers before using DST to attach the base image to a white card blank. (On this occasion I chose to keep it simple and didn't use any of the border elements.).

I used foam pads and glue gel to build up the decoupage layers and finished with a big shiny silver Happy Birthday peel-off.
