Westie Relaxing 3D DecoupageCompleted by Sallys Fidgety Fingers

I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out the base image and decoupage elements. I attached the main image to my base card and then added the decoupage using glue gel.

To finish I added Happy Birthday peeloffs to the sentiment panel which I attached with glue gel. I also added a couple of small peel off border pieces to the sides.
