Surprise in a cup 7x7 card with decoupageCompleted by Carolyn Norris
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Animals
I printed the text I wanted on the blank label and then printed the design on quality cardstock. The decoupage was done with foam pads. The card front was attached, with double sided tape, to a white card.
Young and older will certainly smile when they open their card and are greeted by this cute little character.
