Puppy Love & Flowers Topper & DecopageCompleted by Nancy JB Boatwright

I printed the base image on glossy photo paper and added to a white embossed card. I used Glossy Accent on the flowers and the bees and added blue and crystal rhinestones to the center of the flowers and bow.

I stamped and die cut a greeting.

I embossed the greeting plate and inked the edges. This was raised with foam strips. I finished the card with blue Liquid Pearl dots in the center of the embossed flowers on the white card.

This sheet makes a sweet card that will be loved by all.
