First I typed the type of dog onto the main picture. I then placed a backing paper onto card cup22427_68 and placed the base layer towards the top. I then decoupaged the remaining elements on top.
To complete the card I placed the band of paw prints and dog bowls across the bottom and then placed the 'Happy Birthday' in the centre.
