I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

Print design on good quality inkjet paper. Cut out elements and layered design on a punched border on both sides. Decoupage elements with sticky pads and using a bit of glitter.
