I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I used a gold peel-off sticker for the banner. I matted the image partially onto a pink card and then onto the base card of blue.
I used glitter peel-offs to form a border and added similar in the corners. Finally I used some glitter glue for a few highlights. This sweet design would appeal to most dog lovers.
