Copied to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. I added some pale pink die cut flourishes to create a frame work. Matted the base to pink card stock and cut around the frame work. I then added the decoupage using sticky pads . I have added Glossy accents to the rose and eyes and ears of the Chihuahua. I used two pinks of Stickles Pearl added a chiffon bow then left it to dry overnight. I made up a tent card from the pink card stock added a small flourish and die cut greetings. Attached this to the card with wet glue.

A gorgeous design, the little dog has the cutest face, someone will be delighted to receive this card on a special day.
