First of all I typed the breed of dog and 'Happy Birthday' to the sheet before printing. I placed some backing paper cup22427_68 onto card stock and then placed the base layer of this design towards to the top.

I then decoupage the remaining elements on top.

To complete the card I added a band of dog bowls to the bottom.
