I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card.
I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with the Happy Birthday caption, some silver-pink peel off borders and a few matching hearts.
Other captions available are WITH LOVE TO MY DEAR WIFE, VERY SPECIAL DAUGHTER and JUST FOR YOU. Just let me know if you would like any of these instead.
