I used 160gsm glossy photo card for my projects ,or you could use paper and mount onto card . Matching tag with dog breed on, Happy Birthday and blank message tags included to add a pets or relatives name.

I printed this design onto photo card and cutting out the images, layered using 3d foam pads. I added peel offs for the door and number and popped on a brass key charm for the 'new home' theme.
I matted onto patterned paper from my craft box and a cream card. So cute!
