Folded pale blue card to A5.Layered the decoupage and stuck using DST. Placed the image onto a red frame and stuck with silicone glue.
Added red hearts to the corners of the red frame and placed darker blue gems in the centre of two hearts and the open heart a sentiment of "To the One I Love" Added a bone and bowl Using 1mm foam tape.
Finished the edges with gold peel-offs.
